Hengqin International Business Centre Phase 2 & 3 project is located in Hengqin Port Service Zone, Zhuhai, and a regional business center in CBD. It is closed to the sea estuary, having superior sea views, and overlooking Macau across the river. The large-scale mixed-use development consists of office, hotel, apartments, retail mall and retail village.Inspired by the concept of 'flowing water', the design is featured by 'mountain' and 'sea' to create a series of themed spaces for the podium which greatly improves the shopping spaces and experience.
