We are excited to share that Aedas is named the World’s Best Architecture firm and two projects win prizes under commercial high-rise architecture and retail architecture categories at International Property Awards this year. This feat highlights our dedication to creating world-class design solutions that are tailored to the needs of cities and communities around the world.

1. Bagualing Industrial Park Urban Renewal Design, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Kelvin Hu and Founder & Chairman Keith Griffiths) – Winner Award in Best International Commercial High-rise Architecture Category
Located in the financial industry belt adjacent to Hongling North Road, the project includes a high-rise office and apartment tower, along with a retail podium. The site is surrounded by comprehensive transportation network, making it the nexus of cross-district connection. The project is embraced by key high-rise developments and a plenitude of poetic ravines and mountains. Inspired by Chinese thoughts, the design integrates the natural elements. Mountains and rivers are closely interconnected, to spiral and rise with each other.

2. Qianjiang Century City Riverfront Digital Industrial Park, Hangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Executive Director Wei Li and Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research) – Winner Award in Best International Retail Architecture Category
Aedas and the Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research (ZIAD) won the International Competition for the architectural and urban design of this featured rivers side retail centre. With a total area of approximately 90,000 sq m, the long and narrow site is divided into several scattered plots of different shapes along the river. The primary objective is to integrate them through a consistent design language, creating a diverse and accessible development that blends in with the natural landscape.
