1. Lovi Center, Xi’an, PRC (designed by Global Design Principals Christine Lam and David Clayton) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project – Mixed-use category

2. Hangzhou Yuhang Cainiao Headquarters & Industry Park, Hangzhou, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Cary Lau and Executive Director Henry Chau) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project – Corporate Park category

3. ICD Mall, Chengdu ICC, Chengdu, PRC (designed by Executive Director Ed Lam) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project – Shopping Mall category

4. C Future City Phase I, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths and Executive Directors Chris Chen and Leon Liang) – Merit Award for Urban Regeneration & Renovation category

5. Shenzhen Futian Hongling Mangrove School, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Chris Chen and Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths) – Merit Award for Future (Concept) Project – Cultural & Education category

China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers as the Judging Panel. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, while commending cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects.
