Seven Aedas projects recognised at CRED Award 2023

At this year’s CRED Award, Aedas has received 7 awards under different categories. This feat highlights the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.

1. Houhai Building Decoration Industry Headquarters Project, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Leo Liu) – Silver Award for Future Project category

2. Chongqing Gaoke Group Ltd Office Project, Chongqing, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Ken Wai) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project category

3. Link CentralWalk, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Ed Lam) – Merit Award for Comprehensive Commercial Project category

4. Sunac • Wuhan 1890, Wuhan, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Kevin Wang) – Merit Award for Future Project category

5. Huanggang Port New Development, Shenzhen, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths, Executive Director Chris Chen, Shenzhen CAPOL International & Associates Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Transportation Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.; Client: Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality) – Merit Award for Future Project category

6. International Sports and Culture Exchange Center, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Chris Chen) – Merit Award for Future Project category

7. New Hope Central China Regional Headquarters, Wuhan, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas Director Fiona Chen, Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths, and Do Design Group) – Merit Award for Future Project category

China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers as the Judging Panel. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, while commending cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects.
