At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, two Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2024 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.

Shenzhen Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone East Wing-1 Project, Shenzhen, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Global Design Principal Leo Liu, Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths, and Huayi Design) – 5-Star – Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Commercial High-rise Architecture Asia Pacific

2. Sathapana Bank PLC Head Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Global Principal Kevin Jose) – 5-Star – Best Office Architecture, Cambodia and Regional Nominee for Best Office Architecture Asia Pacific
