LC Chan is the Managing Director of Aedas Macau with over 36 years of experience across Asia and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm's presence in super fast-track large scale integrated resort developments for over a decade. He has successfully led a team to document and deliver over 5 million sq m of integrated resort developments in Macau.

LC has led the overall integrated resort development and individual components of Venetian's projects at Cotai Strip, Macau. He has an unparalleled understanding of planning, design and operational approach of integrated resort and casino developments. Having this knowledge ensures that each project adopts a consistent approach minimizing the learning curve and thereby facilitating expeditious implementation for each of the project.

His notable integrated resort and casino developments are the 100,000 sq m Las Vegas Sands Macau. This fast-track project commenced in early 2003 and was completed in the first quarter of 2004, marking an undeniable contribution in the city’s development. LC was one of the Project Directors on the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel, Cotai Strip™, the 1,020,000 sq m development was completed within 34 months. Under his remarkable directorship, he was again commissioned to be the Project Director for the 1,113,664 sq m Sands Cotai Central, the 400,000 sq m Parisian Resort, the 143,679 sq m Lisboeta Macau, and the recently completed 1,115,511 sq m Londoner Resort.

Over the past decade, his presence in integrated resort developments has extended from Macau across South East Asia, including South Korea, Cambodia, and the Philippines which he is currently completing the 206,000 sq m Westside City Casino Integrated Resort development in Manila.
