David is an Executive Director with Aedas and a registered Architect in Singapore with over 20 years of professional experience in architecture for large-scale public and private developments in Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau. He joined Aedas HK in 2005 and is experienced in motivating and leading his teams across multi-disciplinary development ranging from integrated resorts to industrial campuses and Data Centres.

David’s expertise lies in delivering complex and large-scale projects for high profile clients. He completed the Casino for Marina Bay Sands, Singapore following the successful launch of the 3000-room hotel tower for The Venetian, Macau. Both of which were large scale Integrated Resorts Development of international standards. And recently involved in the design and development of a manufacturing R&D campus in the Philippines.

David recently worked on the expansion of the Qatar Airport (Hamad International Airport) comprising 248,000 sqm of GFA, including Retail F+B, Premium Lounges, a large Central Garden Attraction within the airport, 25 new gates and its passengers’ facilities.

David is currently involved in various strategic Asset Enhancement, Additions and Alterations to the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, including various phases of Retail, Casino and Hotel Guestroom upgrades whilst maintaining live operations.
