The 12.4-hectare site is surrounded by a super high-rise tower on the southeast, government offices on the north and a park including a museum on the west.The design concept is based on ‘City of Nature’ – a network of open spaces that interconnect various precincts across the district, joining together via the braiding fibers of the riverfront promenade, the open space connection, the cultural trail and the waterways.
