This development is dedicated to low density construction with an emphasis on quality tourism planning. It includes eco-tourism, adventure tourism, culture and heritage attractions, coastal and leisure retreat resorts.The project is delicately crafted from the texture of Oman, developing a community and shaped continuously from the sea to the mountain. The unique character of the site development has been formulated by the presence of the wadi, a unique quality of coastal line and rugged topography. There are three communities (golf, resort and tourism) proposed in the concept master plan, creating a unique destination for residents and tourists alike.
