Following from the design of the guest rooms, the design of this Italian restaurant plays with the real/faux and traditional/modern theme. The concept was to recreate a traditional Victorian interior with a contemporary twist. The restaurant consists of a parlour, library, drawing room and conservatory separated from each other with decorative screens. And each screen differs, reflecting the character of each area whilst allowing diners privacy.
