Located off the Fifth Ring Road in southeast Beijing, Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place is part of the Xihongmen Mixed-use Development, which consists of 150,000 square metres of retail, 180,000 square metres of office and 35,000 square metres ofhotel spaces.The project is split into two plots and utilises a common language to unify the development. The project plays formally with north/south striated, geological forms which emerge out of the landscape to the south while maintaining a more defined urban edge in the north.
