This project demonstrates Aedas’ fresh take on architecture in the CIS region. The practice was initially appointed to appraise a previously approved design and throughout this process maximised the potential for the site with an innovative proposal. The design shifts the buildings’ placement to create active public street frontage in the heart of the development.
Apartments are arranged in smaller blocks offering a variety of residential solutions, and private external spaces for all homes. Taller office buildings have been designed to minimise overshadowing and have optimal floor-plate areas, providing the organisations with spaces in which to establish a strong identity and attractive corporate headquarters.
