Mechnikova Hotel

This is one of three projects by Aedas on Mechnikova Street in Kiev.
The proposal is for a 250 room, five star hotel with nine floors of serviced apartments above.
There is a 12m level change across the site, which has enabled the creation of a 2 storey podium containing retail, leisure and conference facilities. The roof of the podium is a garden which extends the green landscape behind the building through to the street.
