AedasCE is designing a 4-star Radisson resort hotel and apartment complex on a stunning riverside site 15km from the centre of Moscow.
The development appears as an integral part of the landscape. Working with the contours and the existing woodland habitat, a hotel form has been developed as a direct result of the context. Sun orientation and views have also played a large part in ensuring the projects maximises the site’s potential. Additional activities have been added to the brief to ensure year round activity for the hotel. During the summer months the spa and sports facilities (boating, squash, swimming pools, tennis and golf) together with the conference centre will make it the ideal conference destination for Moscow.
Adjacent to the hotel is a 160 serviced apartment complex designed as a visual extension to the hotel.
The key accommodation figures are: Hotel rooms: 173 keys; Conferencing 2000sq.m, SPA and leisure 1500 sq,m; Indoor sport and recreation 3000 sq.m, restaurants, bars incl. “bridge lounge” across the river and 10000sq.m of lettable area in serviced apartment complex.
