Aedas understands the need to generate designs and solutions that respond sympathetically to their architectural heritage and urban settings.
We have a team of expert designers and building consultants who have worked on a wide range of refurbishment projects which involve buildings and spaces of architectural and historic significance.
Specialising in the conservation of buildings and sites, the team includes an AABC accredited conservation architect, together with architects and surveyors who are experienced in historic buildings. Many sit on approved lists of Inspecting Architects and Surveyors to many of the Diocese.
Aedas can prepare conservation management plans, audits and advise on conservation issues affecting other projects along with assisting clients in obtaining grants for heritage projects from a variety of sources.
