The site for this project is the Makhachkala Hippodrome, located a few kilometres to the south of the city centre beside the busy coastal road.
This project proposes a re-designed hippodrome with new facilities and a modern spectator stand. These changes will be realized in the context of the mixed-use commercial development of the whole site.
The success of the scheme will derive from the synergy between the hippodrome and the commercial elements.
