Aedas has been commissioned to design a new chain of hotels to be built in 50 Russian cities.
Designing a rollout of hotels that is intrinsically different from designing a single hotel. On this project we are essentially designing a set of building elements that can be combined in different ways to suit the particular site.
In order to streamline the process the hotel has been broken down into fixed and variable groups of spaces. The first group being the same for all sites, the second group flexible to accommodate site constraints and peculiarities.
