Aedas is designing this landmark A-class office building for a pivotal city centre site in Kiev. The form of the building is generated by the desire to maximise the quality of the office space whilst also respecting the context, both the city skyline and streetscape.
The 34-storey tower is punctuated with sky-gardens, providing amenity space and ensuring that all parts of the office enjoy light and views. A new public route has been created through the site at ground level.
