The New Pearl offers a modern contemporary style within the urban setting; the façade is detailed to express the building planning bringing interest and intrigue to a building which is bold in its massing and form.
The curtain walling is detailed as a unitized wall offering speed in construction and weather tightness when complete. The glass is the latest in Insulated Glass Unit technology; with low-e coating ensuring good environmental control in both solar and acoustic performance.
The building’s interior public spaces are luxurious and light; finished with quality decorative materials including imported marbles, timber paneling; ceramics and laminated glass. A sizable swimming pool; gymnasium, changing facilities and family room are all located on the first floor dedicated the resident’s recreation.
